Storing Client Passwords

Featured Replies

Can anybody recommend some software to use to track client information such as contact details and passwords? I already use Freshbooks for billing but it doesn't have anywhere to store passwords.

RoboForm is very good for storing passwords and client details securely. I have been using it for 3 years now and have tried about five other alternatives in that time, trying to find a free option, but there is nothing that competes with it. Definately worth the 20 quid. it makes it such a doddle to quicky log into different cPanels, webmails etc to sort client issues out.

+1, I completely agree. Although I haven't used RoboForm for particularly storing client data, I have used it for many other purposes and it is definitely worth it. It's easy to use, and cheap for what it does.

You can try the free version, which you can download from http://www.roboform.com/download.html

I've used the trial of Domian Brain which is pretty good... I'm going to give Roboform a go before I spend my cash though.
