Hey everyone, I’ve just joined WDF and thought id introduce myself, my name is Chris from Ashford, Kent and I’m 19. In 2007/8 I completed my CIW course in website design and started to play around with websites. I have recently started up Lloyd Solutions (beginning of this month) which is a family based business consisting of me and my uncle. We are looking to establish a well built portfolio which will help further my career in website design. We have already got a few clients under our belt and are looking forward to a busy and successful year.

I am now teaching myself PHP which is taking forever! and will eventually learn JavaScript. I have strong knowledge in HTML and CSS and believe I am somewhere in between novice and intermediate.

I am looking forward to becoming an active member within WDF and will try and help where I can and no doubt will need a bit of help with PHP!

Thanks

Chris

Welcome to WDF.

What was the CIW course like, did you find it useful?
