    Its alot better to have the complete phrase 'painting ideas' for search engines but better for people if you only use ideas once!

    Your footer divs had position: absolute and left positions which would only look OK in one resolution, in others they would not appear under the content above which centralises. I made one footer div width: 100% with the background and then made another 850px wide which centers inside it. You may want to edit the revised left positions of the other three inner divs.

    The page validates in http://validator.w3.org/ ; note that I used "save as" "encoding" ANSI for the html page not utf-8 which caused a byte order mark. There was also a ' which needed retyping as it carried some special attribute - did you use Word? Word creates special codes with ' and " and some other characters when the charset is utf-8, you need to use a text editor like Notepad or Wordpad.
     
    Delete my temporary background colors. I made several other minor edits and I changed the filenames for two images as I already had images with your filenames in my folder.
