August 20, 200817 yr Hi all Well - first time i have become a member of a forum - so hope you dont bite !! I have a career nothing to do with IT - but have always been interested in the tinternet. Started about 6 months ago - bought a couple books and used tinternet to teach myself some HTML and CSS - created a couple of basic sites - and now starting out on PHP / MYSQL God - am i in murky waters now !!! lol would love to chat with people in similar situation to exchange thoughts and frustrations in not too heavy or geeky a way !! never been on courses or lessons - so making my own mistakes and enjoying solving the issues. see murkydesigns.co.uk to see where i am at, (but dont be too viscious in ripping it all apart), lol hope to hear from you all (well -not all obviously) !!! :-) Steve

I'm a sales and marketing person by trade, but looking to develop technical and design skills. So have no fear, I am also in the murky waters of learning though trial and error!
