Hi Chris, I like the look of the layout, personally seems to be edging toward the darker colours but nothing wrong with that, it can work for many website and I really think that is a great design you have there. Great start I would say, can't wait to see what some the others have to say. Dave

It would indeed i guess, I know the trouble I have had with some the gallery scripts I have found. The fun that the early hours of the morning brings. Hey guys! I was bored in the early hours of the morning a few days ago, and decided to put google through the validator and to my suprise it didn't validate. It had something like 60 errors. My thought is this, Has anyone else tried validating other sites and got a suprise like this? Dave

Thanks for the feedback so far guys really appreciate it. Would be nice to get a few more review but can't have everything in life. It is a work in process and I agree I do need to try to link together with the theme, it's something I will have to work on. I'm not happy with the banner at all, it was something I was toying with the idea at college, but it isn't anywhere near how I wanted it. Just couldn't get it to work right. As smooth said about selling my photography, that could be something for the future, Great feedback Cheers all, Dave

Hey all, I signed up a while ago when I started to think about getting serious in website design, but due to illness I have been in and out of hospital and not really had the time to be on here or on a computer for that matter. I submitted my old website for review last year and took on board a lot of the advice. I am in the process of redesigning it and am quite far through it. I thought I would post the site on here as it is and see what responses I get. The site is for a project for college to promote mainly my photography but also the little bit of website work I have been involved in. I am looking at probably another few days work to get it to its completion stage, but before I get there and submit it as a finished website I want to see the reviews and see if I can improve it. I agree, a small bit of contrast or a bit of a texture to it. Also a few other points I would say, - The banner font seems pixelated - Maybe try centering the banner and nav links - Also the "back to top" bar, it seems very high, I don't think its much of an issue but maybe see what it looks like at half the height?? These are just my views but overall it looks like a really great site, well done Dave

Hi there, My name is Dave Morgan and I have been a website developer for about 11 months now. It started off with a fascination with coding and how a website work which led me to some work. I then took it on as a hobby and now i am looking at starting up as a freelance designer and developer. I would like people to take a look at my website and give me feedback.
