Below is a proposed layout for a client,

 

The colours and font they have requested but I would just like to get some feedback on it and see what people think and maybe be able to improve it from the feedback.

 

* sorry about the huge sample wrote across it im on my laptop as my pc broke and its the only example i can get to which happened to be the one I was going to send to the client *

Fonts on the left are terrible, can these be changed? or is that a no no?

 

Try structuring the content a little more. Rather than just text. (that's hard to do, trust me, if you can do it, if not no major biggy).

 

Other than that seems ok. Not breath taking, but certainly not bad
