  1. thanks! Is it secured? How often their software is updated?
  2. Yea probably i have to but I want to do it when the website will be already done and till that time I want to get as many informations as I can. I hope you don't mind? Sorry if I am taking too much of your time.
  3. It will be just a small online store. I am tempted by this unbranding feature in CSS customization. I would like to make some nice design. Btw can you put image in your chat background?
  4. yes, sorry for my mistake. Yea that's what I meant. Well it looks good than. I am also thinking about purechat but it coast a lot when you want to unbrand it. And how it works when you want to turn it off? You get emails with msg or what?
  5. I will check it out thank you. Thanks and since you use it and you seem to be objective can you tell me is with customization?
  6. Yea I have to check them out. Especially that I don't have to share my credit card info to get trial. Or there is some other catch?
  7. Thanks Adam! Appreciate your help! Well 50$ a month is a lot - and it's the cheapest option... I don't think that she would like to pay 50$/month for a live chat :/ But could you tell me something more about them? Do they have an iphone / ipad app? And can you get rid of ANY branding texts? Never heard about them before. Zopim is a standard and I think that's the only reason why they have so many buyers. Did you saw their reviews at appstore? People says that it's very buggy. She wants to use it mostly on her iphone so it's very important. And about phplive - do they have any support? It's also important because i don't want to fix her problems till rest of my life
  8. I am looking ONLY for paid services. I don't trust the free ones which are bugged somehow for sure. I just don't want to risk with any exploits on my website. It will be just for 1 user. Sadly I see that Zopim free option do not have customization options Could you tell me something more about Live Chat Inc? I saw their offer and it looks really cool. How it is with their support and updates?
  9. One of my clients have a small webshop with custom handmade things and she wants live chat feature on her website. I don't know much about live chat so I would leave it till I do everything else and I want to ask you for opinion about it. Which software is the best and why it's better than rest? Cheers!
  10. Hi Alex! I would love to check it but the website is not working. Did you deleted it or you have some hosting problems atm? Cheers!
  11. As a freelancer I am replying to all emails asap. I know that people appreciate good and fast contact.
  12. I love to listen to music while I work. However I can't listen to some heavy stuff while I am working because it interrupts me. Last times I am listening a lot to Ben Hward and Fink.
