Google adds it when it feels a site needs it, just like their most common pages search listing.

You could always clone the databases once a day or however often using a crontab/cronjob and then updating the secondary server thereafter. This can be done quite easily using your webserver's control panel and a few lines of PHP.

What do you mean by "does not view right?" It seems fine here, unless your client is being specific about a certain element on the page but is not communicating very well. Time to run your clientDebugger

It's a very good and damn simple idea, I like it.

So a 'signature creator' of sorts? Do you actually want to modify images or just place text around them?

By "content rotator" you mean a script that randomises between set articles to not always show the same text/images?
