November 21, 200916 yr Hi all, I have been left in charge to design a click to call system that is designed to pass customer data from a form so that he/she can get a callback at a time that suits them. Basically, the company in question is planning to use Noble's AMCAT technology to make the callbacks. What they want is to get a customer to enter certain specific details which will then be sent off to the AMCAT system which in turn generates the calls. From what I gather, this basically will be a Call Request to AMCAT's web service (!?) if I am making sense but I am totally lost as to what to do. If anyone has any experience on working with AMCAT or web services in general, I would like some assistance. Many regards, Samson

Is it a SOAP api? or a http one?
