December 11, 200916 yr Author Take a look at http://www.simply-postcode-lookup.com/Software/ProgrammingPHPFull.htm Not free. I actually needed the constituency and found that even the non-free ones didn't provide this. So i'm going to have to use a specialist database service.
December 14, 200916 yr Until RM make the PAF free-for-all, the only thing you can do is find a site that will let you enter your postcode and give you a LON/LAT reference (free, can and has been done, but time consume to set up), use a company that lets you do postcode look ups (PAYG type system) or pay RM for their postcode data (very VERY expensive).
