Yup.. full screen menu.. in footer also lots of links with big images that covers a full screen... need customization wiht the menu... there are several options for it.,, for your better understanding click here ... you can see how menus are minimized here.

looks good.. but there is scope for improvement. Can work on header and banner part to make it more attractive... Overall good job..
