Thank you for the reply, Vandelay is actually working for us now so this should be good now. Next issue if you can help at all? Im trying to add a metadata tag on no index, no follow, into the head section for our Admin pages only. The reason for this is because each time we apply for google ad-sense, we get the message back that some of our pages sit behind a login wall. So we have blocked crawler access in the robots.txt file and will need to add the no-follow tags also. Cant seem to work out how to isolate this for the Admin pages section only though, without applying the tag site-wide. The Url alternatives did not work, any ideas?

We tried to get accepted for google adsense a few months ago, with no luck and kept getting the usual rejected email. So we Rebuilt the site, new content etc Now I go to my account to get the ad code to implement on the new site to resubmit, but I cant find this anywhere. No My account tabs or anything? I just keep getting redirected to the resubmit URL page Any ideas where I can retrieve this?

So we are using Orchard CMS for our company website, only problem is cant work out to add Metadata descriptions to each page. The only module that is available Vandelay, appears to be deprecated now. Anyone know of an alternative, or a solution to this?? Thanks in advance

However as is the way with these things, managers want to see results and that things have been tried and tested, and i'll need to show this first hand, so cant really put it forward here. Also It really needs to be seen by our target audience. Sooo any ideas please?? Im sure this was possible in Google Analytics at some point, but probably changed again??

Is there a way to set up two different homepages for one site, to run alongside eachother but display at certain times of the day, so that you can test which version is bringing in more traffic, more enticing etc etc? Or any other software that could do this job? Hope this makes sense? Thanks

Hi, So my task is to change the appearance in the css of our wordpress website every 24 hours automatically, to see if different button appearances generate more traffic. I know this can be accomplished using php if statements etc in the header file. However I now need to be able to point these buttons to different links, which obviously cant be done in the css. So my next task is to be able to change the header and footer files containing these links, every 24 hours automatically. Anyone know if this is possible? Hope this makes sense??

I suppose this is expected, but is there anyway we can account for this in our Analytics reports? Maybe somehow account for this link as a link to another page that is still part of our organisation, but hosted elsewhere. Maybe setting the link up as an event? Does this make sense?

Ah probably was a bit hasty in writing the above - when i say they are clicking onto the third party site, this is actually our application that we provide, so they use the homepage as a stepping stone to get there.

Hi, Apologies in advance that this may not be the right room, but need a quick resolution to this ha! Basically our website has got a high bounce rate, because clients have bookmarked our homepage, clicking on to this, then logging onto our third party website (which is linked from the Homepage), thus leaving the site and resulting in a hight bounce rate. I have searched high and low for a fix for this, or how we can somehow account for this in our results, but no success as of yet. Would be grateful if anyone can shed some light on how to overcome this, or what others have done?

We have just created a new website under a new name, new hosting, new ERA! Anyway with our current website, we have some good seo rankings, and im aware that introducing a whiole new site to google will requre some patience for it to appear. Anyway what is the best way to turn off the old website and redirect all the old page links to our new site. Would this be achieved by individual 301 page by page redirects on the old website Htaccess file? However as we are planning to ditch all trace of the old website, as the hosting expires in a month, how would we best make this work? Thanks in advance....

I have tried using Contact from 7 along with Easy Modal, but the plugin no longer works properly, and there does not appear to be a resolution to fix this. Any recommendation on what to use instead? Hi guys, When customers are hitting our website they are using it as a bookmark for our app (as it is plastered all over the homepage) which then opens in a new window taking them away from the site. Is there a way of isolating this url, to block it, so it does not count as a bounce in our google analytics report? Thanks
