  1. The site itself needs quite some work doing to it, aesthetically not technically, overall I think it wants a good going through by a CSS coder, and it really does need some graphics. As for soft porn it kind of is, I won't bring morals into this but is this the niche you want to target? if so I'd suggest adding some sort of age gate for organic users, that would set a cookie after confirming their age once. The idea itself seems a lot like "face-mash" one of Zuckenburg's old college project. Oh and one last thing, ensure you have permission to use those photos.
  2. It's pretty easy although it can seem complicated, first go to this link - http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ make sure your website is uploaded and live frist, and input the full URL of your website. That form will create an index or sitemap of all the pages on your site. Download that sitemap and put it in the root directory of your website (public_html) now go to http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ and login with your google account, if you haven't got one sign up it's free. Go to the sitemaps section, and add the sitemap, (submit sitemap) That should work fine, Reece.
  3. The load time is a little bad, I do like the way in which you've used wordpress however, maybe for aesthetics add a favicon and make the "blog" title more descriptive, as it's good for SEO. P.s - try and steer away from artister
  4. Edit either index.php or page.php depending on what you're trying to change, header changes the content in the footer and so on, Oh and as long as you remember to keep the "regular" wordpress functions in then you won't break anything.
  5. hey there, if it is what I think it is then you're okay, what's the URL of your site I'll take a look?
  6. Howdy, welcome to the forums and merry Christmas, isn't it summer there by the way?
  7. well most free wordpress themes are released under the creative commons or GNU/GPL licenses, which prohibit resale but allow free distribution I believe, although I may be entirely wrong as for the attribution you could add "Inspired by a theme from (URL) bought into reality by (webdesigncompany.com)
  8. Delete the folder you're using to showcase the site, the next time google crawls googlebot will remove the listing and maybe in future add User-agent: * Disallow: / to your robots.txt to prevent sites in that directory being crawled, there's no real need for them to do so plus it messes up the clients search listings hope it helps, Reece.
  9. Hello, here to introduce myself I've been into web design for four years now, but the thought never occurred to me to work for other people for a fee, then I realised I was being slightly insane and founded my own web design business with help from a few friends of course, but I'll talk more about that if prompted, my graphic skills vary depending on who it's for, generally ones intended for myself are made in a few minutes (hence my graphic designer friend) I'm here to find clients, help struggling newcomers to the world of design and to generally have fun with like-minded people. Oh p.s - My name is Reece
