I decided to upgrade my wordpress for some stupid reason and now I can't seem to log into my account through the blog or by putting /wp-admin/ extension to the end of my URL, so I thought about re-installing everything from scratch which leads to asking my question of this topic.

 

Where can I find the posts that I have written on the server so I can take the information and copy all back in the new site? and where would I find my subscribers E-mail addresses to sign them back up as users? also when I re-install everything again will my subscribers recieve information on my latest posts etc again?

I did the same thing the other day and lost my password so I logged in to php my admin and changed my username and password there and no probs it let me in from the control panel, try that and give it a go you must select the password field and choose md5 to write the password or it wont work.
