Thanks for the advice, yeah If I'm going to go uni I'll do something I know i'll enjoy. Thanks for the advice - maybe when I said I was bad at maths that was misleading, I got a B at GCSE and find all the maths in business/biology/geography fine. It's just it isn't my strong point.

So basically I'm VERY interested in website development and design. I'm starting to think about what will come after college - I'm currently studying at AS Level Geography, Biology, Product Design, Business Studies. I didn't have the choice to study ICT or Computing at my school - nevertheless I'm happy doing the subjects I do especially as I love Product Design and Business and I treat web development as more of something I learn and work on outside of college. I've decided form now on I'm going to be spending a lot longer working on my website development skills and improving my design portfolio - as now I have to start thinking about courses @ uni (if I am to go) My questions are: Would anyone here in this area of work give me some advice on whether you think doing a degree is worth it? and if anyone has studied business information systems could let me know on how they found it or anything that would be great. Oh and anyone who suggests studying Computer Science, I've considered it but I believe I have to have maths and that's one of my weak areas. I know this is very brief but yeah I just want to get advice from someone succeeding in this area of work.

Not bad, but everyone seems to be copying this sort of design at the moment so IMO it's not very original at all.

There's nothing 'wrong' with it, but it could be stuck to the bottom of the page instead of hovering above, just an idea.

Hmm, thanks for the post +1 But say you choose the date, what room, how long etc, then could you use a PayPal button? Can people pay even if they don't have PayPal?

Basically, I'm creating a website for a friends bread and breakfast company. She wants the website to have a page where you can pay through the website, booking a room. I believe this has to be done through some sort of secure server? Could somebody link me to a guide or tell me roughly what I'm going to need to do. thanks.
