I been looking into GIS projects. Currently https://www.crimereports.co.uk/ has a Police API which I would like to tailor so that a user can enter a postal code, town, village or street into the search box, to get instant access to street-level crime maps/data, as well as details of your local policing team and meetings.

I have five friends who went to different universities and completed a final year project in behalf of clients with no problem what so ever.

That's incorrect many students undertake project set by clients. All projects are owned my students unless purchased by the university for research purposes.

To make this project exciting I am wiling to accept project from users and develop them free of charge. Please no projects in regards to developing a website.

Access to higher Education or certain universities accept students on a foundation year with successful completion leading to entry in the first year of a Hons degree. But good luck with the fee.

Hi, I have a project in hand at the moment, of developing a rental property website for a local real estate agent. The main purpose of the website is to manage rental properties on behalf of landlord, it other words a basic online rental system.
