Hello Yang Yang, I guess that would all depend on you. How much time you spent designing it or if you think you can resell it to a template company and hand them over the rights to it. If your a website designer and do this for a living, then you should keep it as a template and/or use it as a model or for another project. If you just want to get rid of it, then I would suggest either reselling it or give it away so that someone else can use it rather than destroying it. At the end, its up to you.
