  1. Hi all, I have a website (obviously) that has two links on one page both directing to the same page (One is a tab and one is a button). I'd like to find out which link is performing better in terms of CTR. I use MailChimp and I'm looking for something that works a similar way in terms of when you track the clicks on this it opens the email and shows you what link has been clicked with a percentage. Is there anything like this for websites? I'd really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
  2. Hi, Please can you review this website www.agivingtribute.com/index We sell memorial books and invite friends and family to create Tributes in memory to celebrate the life of the person who has passed. Uniquelly we can display the Tributes at the funeral as an alternative to funeral flowers that still allow money for donations. Please see photos of some real Tributes. We would also really appreciate if you could let me know if the benefits are clearly stressed of our service on the website? It would be nice to hear what you think of the concept in general too Thanks in advance.
  3. Hey what in your opinion is best software for web design? I am a student, so don't have unlimited money, and have some experience with web design with rapid weaver. Should I stick to rapid weaver? Why or why not? And if not then what should I use? LIYD

  5. Survey: I would like to ask freelancers a question. How financial crisis affected you? Please respond: a) It totally killed my business. I lost a lot of clients c) Some clients left me d) Crisis benefited my business and I got more clients. e) Nothing changed Please share your opinion as well.
  6. Ice - How about domains for sale? I have one of those. Yeah thats perfect, head over to www.websitebrocour.com if you could. May be you will sell it. Vivoo - this is a good question. But why would someone do it? If someone makes an offer for the site they wont be able to transfer the website or domain so quite simply the buyer won't give any money. And I am quite certain google nor eBay will try and sell on a broker site.
  7. Thanks for the advice. I'm new to this sort of advice, and need to get this site going to finance my college education! LIYD
  8. Thanks guys. Yeah the menu I'm having so many issues with. I'll find a way to get around it though. What about 'Buy' and then websites and domains dropping down only. Then make a page for each websites and domains with same categories?
  9. That is purely brilliant for two reasons: 1. And most importantly, even if it is fake and a geek made the site, it makes whoever that girl is look like a complete and utter slut. 2. Affiliate marketing! Watch google adsense be on there too somewhere soon!
  10. do we not like css files? lol I was critiqued once for having a too static site and was told to implement more CSS. But thanks guys appreciate it. As far as the idea goes I know I'm going to struggle haha, any of you interested in selling a website or domain?
  11. Sorry for all the games I keep posting but I'm so bored at work! Is everyone familiar with this game? Just reply with the first word that comes to your mind when you think of the last word posted. You can't respond to the post with a comment, just the word that comes to your mind. It can only be a word or a short phrase. Also remember to use the arrow --> in between the previous word/phrase and the new word/phrase you just thought of. Also, You can't go twice in a row. I'll start it off with: Website
