I would go for the Intuos 4 :It allows you to maximize productivity, comfort, usability and control for every task.

Sounds good but I would also add a contact me icon...

I would definately recommend the Intuos 4 ....rather than the Bamboo... But if you go for the Bamboo dont buy the Bamboo one.... Re-touch Bamboo Fun brings out the best in photographs. You can create your own photo scrapbook, turn photographs into paintings, add captions, colours and clarity. The possibilities are endless and the pen makes it easy. Draw You can make creative drawings, sketches, illustrations and doodles. Paint Bamboo Fun is the intelligent paintbrush. It can turn your c ideas into art and helps develop your own creativity. Simplify Bamboo Fun is simply a joy to use. Technology should make life easier and more fun and Bamboo Fun is a natural way to expressing creativity and to making life more colourful. .

I used zencart as for the flexability and options that the software gives you . OS-commerce is less flexible for changes.
