Footer
Just working on a footer for our new site... Now I've never really spent much time on footers, however, after some research I now feel that maybe I should do something with the footer. What do you consider to be the main elements that should be placed onto a footer? I was thinking our contact details and possibly a contact form? All ideas are greatly appreciated! Thanks

Braving it up!
Hello! Before I started for this company, the site was built in tables, and also looks horrible, so over the last day or so I've been working on a new layout. Have been debating whether to post it here, since in my own opinion im nowhere near as good as most of the people on here! Well the site is http://billyboard.co.uk/test/ As I said, it's a work in progress, I'm not too happy about the nav, but playing with some different ideas on paper, will definately be a CSS menu though. Please be as honest as possible

Joomla Upgrade
Hello! Before I started working with the company I am now, one of the ex designers created a website for a client, all done with Joomla and it's running on the old 1.1 Joomla. I was approached by the client and they want us to upgrade from 1.1 to the newest 1.5.x version. Now I have never had experience with Joomla in general, but ofcourse I have used many other different packages. I am just wondering what course of action I need to take, or what I need to be aware of when doing the upgrade for the client? All help is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks in advance

@ Those who want scripts
I've seen a lot of posts here, where people are asking for scripts and such. Take a look at http://hotscripts.com, they have pretty much every script you could imagine, some free and some are at a cost. Hope this helps!

Please Review My Website
I didn't really look at the code at first, but I definately agree with Traxor now, also on the "client" page, your slider isn't aligned, along with quite a few other things

Please Review My Website
I like the layout, the only problem I can see is that the logo looks a bit pixelated, maybe it's just my eyes though? I'm REALLY tired!

Anyone interested in partnering?
Could you private message me more in depth details? Sounds interesting

How much would u charge for this?
I tell you what's hilarious, big headed pricks like yourself who consider themselves to be better than everyone else, MAYBE you do have more skill than others, maybe you don't. What gives you the right to treat the other kind users of this forum like something on the bottom of your shoe? We've been in the printing and sign making industry for over 12 years, now I guess you also know something about those trades that we don't ye? Lol

Do you think I must sell it?
How much would you be looking to sell the site for? I may be willing to take it off your hands, I have a few ideas up my sleeve

Taking on Apprentices?
Definately beneficial to both parties! We currently have two apprentices with us. The way it works with us there are training companies that pay trainees £50 per week, where they get a work placement, on the job experience and gain NVQ qualifications at the end of it. Sometimes you get lucky and have someone hard working and determined, other times you will get someone that has no intention of learning/working and are only there for the £50. For years we have been doing this, you get an extra pair (two pair in our case) of hands! It's great!
