Over a month ago I converted a number of my websites from http to https.  As a result of this, I created new https Webmaster Tools Properties for each of the domains.  The problem is that some of the website in Webmaster Tools are not recording the actual Search Term Queries, but are recording the actual clicks.  Anyone know why this might be?

Thank you.

Do you have the http and https versions in WMT? Chances are the query is appearing under the http if that was the version they clicked. How many pages are still indexed under http vs https?

Go to the 'Real Time' tab and visit your site. Make sure your visit is registering. If it isn't it means your analytics isn't configured properly.

Have you added and verified the https?

I have checked the HTTP version of the site and there are no Queries or Clicks, also no pages indexed.

Yes just checked Real Time and visits are being shown.  Yes have verified the HTTPs version.

Hi

Just noticed that in Analytics that the websites are set to http, could that be the problem?  Have amended to HTTPs but will take a few days for the results to appear in webmaster tools.

Almost certainly the cause of the problem.

I must admit I moved away from GA years ago and have never wanted to go back as there are far better tools out there. I use clicky because the level of detail and general usability is lightyears ahead of GA>
