Need quick feedback on this homepage design concept

There are some nice design elements on that mock up but you can remove most of the content.

1. Make the header the same colour as the logo background.

2. Move the company name to the right of the logo and change the font (it's difficult to read)

3. Increase the size of the phone number

4. Bin the hero image - it adds no value

5. Bin the second section - it adds no value (people aren't going to swipe through these)

6. Move the fleet into up to the top. But rename it 'reserve your car'

7. Add buttons to each car: 'find out more' and 'make a reservation'

8. When I click to make a reservation don't take me to a new page, use a modal or a toggle to reveal the form

The only reason I would be on the is to rent a car for the holiday. So that's what I expect to see on the homepage as soon as I land. All the things in section 2 on the page still need to be on the site but all they do right now is get in the way of the important bit which is: making a reservation

How will the site work on a phone? Are you still planning a two column layout? If not you need to make the car panels much shorter so I can easily scroll down (and see 2-3 on the screen)

What does the heart/key icon mean? is it like or favourites?

I'd not bother with auto/manual, just make this a selector on the reservation form along with all the other extras and options

And the footer links are a very important part of the page. You will be surprised at how many people get to the bottom and use those links to find out more information. So they do need to be on the mockups and you need to consider how they will work on a small screen.

Nothing has changed. It looks exactly the same.

But I now see footer

Remove the footer logo (it's not needed)

Add full contact details (telephone/email.address) as these are big trustmarks.

Add links to T&C, privacy, insurance, legal etc.

I'd also remove the image with the wavy line. It doesn't add any value to the page and the tagline doesn't even make any sense. Unless of course you are suggesting you will deliver the car to me at any time day or night to anywhere on the Bali. And if this the case it's a great USP and should be right at the top of the page.

It's still has all the usability issues I mentioned before. The slider thing in particular adds no value. You need to drop the hero image and move the cars up to the top of the page.

It might not be as pretty but it will convert more than the one you have designed.

And lose the hover animations on the fleet images. Many users will be using touchscreens which means the animation won't work.

PS: I've tried to find the site but can't. jmabalirentcar.com just displays a holding page. What's the URL?
