I am aware that visually it could be better but I also need to know is there are any obvious technical faults and nav problems.

It's very slow loading for me 6-7 seconds.

 

Firefox reports a huge number of http requests (154) which doesn't help:

Suggestions:

 

1. Remove unused JS and CSS files on each view, you only need to call what you're using

2. Combine JS and CSS to reduce http requests

 

Accessibility:

 

The green text on the home page hero isn't very legible on the skyline background

No focus on links (try navigating via your keyboard)
