I am in web-development since 2002 and right now I am looking for students who need guidance on one of the topics that I have good experience with. The reason is I'm looking to create video courses, so in that effort I'm looking to accept a limited number of one-on-one students who will get guidance from me during live video sessions with screen sharing.

 

My skills are primarily javascript, related tooling and techniques, backend javascript, node.js, npm, build tools and task runners, frontend techniques, css3, html5, basic and advanced topics. Or if you need help to quickly host html pages you've just created free of charge.

• Developed hundreds of HTML/CSS/JS Mockups (since 2002)
• Wrote several large Backbone.js/Marionette.js javascript applications, for web and mobile (since 2010)
• Developed Node.js/MongoDB applications
• Developed dozens of CakePHP/MySQL applications (2006-2010)
• Installed dozens of Wordpress websites
• Worked with large data sets and developed social network-like websites
• Developed projects with Laravel, Zend Framework
• Developed several popular extensions for Textpattern CMS (2006)

I'd be very interested in this! particularly anything to do with JavaScript and preprocessors. I have lots of experience with HTML and CSS (though I have no doubt I could still learn a lot more) but have only recently started teaching myself JS.

 

I discovered TextPattern last year and it's become my favourite CMS ... which extensions did you develop?

Wow, Textpattern, it was like 10 years ago, that I developed these plugins, here are some of them:

ied_plugin_composer
ied_hide_in_admin - Hide Fields in Admin (featured in official weblog)
ied_if_domain - manage multiple domains with only one TXP

How would it work? Would it be yourself teaching various subjects, or would it be myself/others asking questions?
