Hosting Company with the best support

Featured Replies

Hi there,

I'm working with an Irish company that's setting up a .co.uk website to sell products in the UK. We are looking for a domain name hosting company that has really good customer support.

There's a list of top 10 companies here, but none of them (except for Go Daddy) have been mentioned in similar conversations.

Which would you recommend with great customer support? Or would it be one of these - Daily, Enom, Heart Internet, Domain Monster or Vidahost?

I would appreciate any advice.

Many thanks,

Nora

Welcome to the forums

That top 10 hosting site isn't really an accurate guide, all the links are "affiliate" links where the site owner gets paid for referrals. Most hosting top10 or review type sites are the same so buyer beware.

Do a search on these forums as hosting has been discussed many times.

Hello Nora,

Can you please help me with your website requirements like number of products you will have on website, amount of space, bandwidth, visitors expected, Linux or Windows based website etc.

The site is a Wordpress based site with around 40 products in the shopping cart. There's about 90 pages overall, but this will increase over time. The site is only new so it wouldn't have a huge volume of visitors at the moment but we hope to increase this over time.

Thanks for all your advice, I will look at the ones mentioned here and ignore those top 10 guides...
