Resource Review

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I'd like to get some feedback on a new resource I've created before really launching it.

Link here

I know it doesn't work in IE6, but that's a non-issue because hardly anyone in the

target audience uses IE6.

Also, yes, the main image is large, but it's cached in CSS and isn't a problem for me/my server.

Any feedback on the design or functionality is greatly appreciated. Let me know if

this is something you would use on a regular basis.

Thanks!

ps. Huge thanks to ElanMan for helping me figure out the javascript.

I have to say this is some handy tool you got there.

I just recognised these PS brushes I think I have them all and they are very popular over the web...(thats not a critique :) )

Only thing is: validate your user input and restrict it to numbers (letters will just return the initial page)

Check whether the input is empty or not and if it is instead of printing out the 'Not a Number' result just get the code to print out something else: like pls fill in the form or something...

But yeah, nice job

Cool Tool! I can see that being useful :)

You do need to validate the input and return an error for letters though!

I agree with what has been said about getting error messages right.

Other than that nice design and an interesting tool :)

Hi, as you already know, I like the site!

As for your error messsages, when you have adapted the javascript, you've forgotten to validate answer1.

Other than that, good luck with the site! :)
