Once you submit your details on bookmarking website then you will get approved or live url which is known as trackback.

TrackBacking can be defined as the communication between two websites by sending notification to eachother.

Track back url is the url when due to some reason your bookmark url is not functioning or site down. It will automatically track the trackback url you have given. So its better to put your site main page url as trackback url, its help to track your site by the crawler easily.

trackback is the live url when submitting the url.
