    According to me, one article should be posted in only 1 high authority article site. Because submitting it in more than one site is not a good idea, it will consider as a duplicate content.

    Its not at all good to put only keywords in meta description. Meta description should be written to attract users and improve your CRT. Write it in unique words and you can add your keywords 2-3 times in variations. Use synonyms instead of repeating keyword.
