We're a new company but are growing, in fact having trouble keeping up with the demand now.

Unfortunately we lost our lead 'go to' designer so are struggling to keep up with demand.

 

We contract work to our freelance designers.

 

What we are looking for is people who are looking for regular work and as is this industry on short notice

 

The company is R3ality Marketing, I ( Jezz ) deal with the marketing but oversee all sales

What experience and skill set do you require from everyone? Any specific markup language requirements etc.

Yes there are some very talented peeps on WDF, and some real specialists in their chosen field - hmmm this maybes proves this thread to be of use if it happens *nudge* *bump* *cough*

We need designers for logo concepts & development

 

Then websites we sell basic package websites which are easy enough and our current guys can mostly cope with.

The issue is when our clients ask for bespoke, custom sites.

 

I am not a designer myself I just drive the sales and contract to talented people such as yourselves
