Website looks professional but also very template like. The typical blue colors the light grey layout boxes it all looks like so many sites out there. Also your logo is also very generic, try to create a logo thats really unique something people will recognize.

btw,The big buttons at the bottom make me feel like I'm inside Joomla :p. (just on a side note )

Further i think the focus is a bit off. Since your selling something i think the main thing you want this website to do is attract attention to you sale offers. Your website seem to draw attention to everything but your sale offers. Colorful header menu and buttons. But your Advertising is plain text in a small font.

Your site looks very clean, just try and personalize it a bit and put the focus in the right place.

Good idea basing the front end on WHCMS(?) but nothing really grabbed me. I think you need to do some work on your hosting plans info to really grab peoples attention.

On another note you say you've been hosting since 1999 but your knowledgebase is suspiciously empty :)

As bluedreamer said, it's a nice idea to integrate it into WHMCS. However you really need to change the template, because quite a few people know what the default WHMCS template looks like, and seeing the default look on a host will make people think you're lazy (which I'm sure you're not) :)

In addition, you should probably look at setting up "About Us" pages, and pages with more details about your actual solutions - do you offer cPanel, how many e-mail address, subdomains, addon domains (etc)? Where are your servers located, do you have an uptime average, any SLA, TOS, AUP, Contact Us page? You really need to address all this, because people won't buy hosting when they don't know anything about what they're getting :)

It's a nice start though, although you will need to ensure it contains all necessary information.

I like the logo, this is very nice. And your website is also very simple and beautiful.
