what are the specs of your hosting? space? traffic? Databases? scripts? cpanel? .....

Thanks for your replies, it will be on our basic package which is 1GB disk space 100GB bandwidth, unlimited email mysql etc. We only offer quality hosting and don't buy cheap products all of our servers are fully managed by professionals. We are looking for these testers to make sure everything thing is good before launch.

 

At the end of the trial period it is up to you what you do, we would like you to stay with us so we can offer you a discount on our services etc.

How about support levels? uptime gaurantee? minimum contract times? windows or linux servers? Do you have a site we can look at ?

Our site is currently being built so its not available, we will be offering a 99.9% uptime guarentee as standard. Also our servers run Linux (centos 6 with cPanel) and are professionally managed servers from one of the best providers as we believe that if we spend the money on top end services these benefits will be passed to our customers. All of our servers have the latest technology so if a hard drive failes it will switch to another without any downtime. I can honestly say we have spent a decent bit of money to get the best for our business as we know this is vital to provide a quality service. We have no minimum contract terms so you are free to go month to month without any contracts.

also, We do not fill our servers full of scripts such as RvSkin & RvSiteBuilder etc as these are all resource heavy, to keep our hosting stable we only provide Softaculous which has around 266 scripts at the moment. We provide this to help clients who are not familiar with installing scripts etc. Also, Softaculous can securely install scrips and generates random usernames and passwords for databases ensuring that your site is secure. People will be interested in how you handle support, hours of support, phone support, response times and turnaround etc.

Its hard to say at the moment for support times as we don't have any figures, we are aiming for 24/7 technical support, we currently do not have phone support but were looking into a live support solution. As for turnaround times all accounts are set up instantly after payment.

I've taken Dan up on his offer and I'm still playing around with it. Will report back with my conclusions. currently having some issues with a joomla installation, but not sure if this is a hosting or application thing. Speed wise , things are good though, I'll be interested to see what its like when more people join.
