June 5, 201214 yr Should be achievable with any decent content system. Wordpress should be possible, personally I'd go for Expressionengine plus the Channel Files addon to make uploading and managing videos super easy. You may want to look into using a CDN for file storage - not just for fast access but video files can eat up disk space very quickly.

June 5, 201214 yr WordPress could manage something like this no problem as could, BlueDreamer stated, any decent CMS. [thread moved to 'CMS' - please post in the correct section, any out of place threads will be deleted from now on]

The "ellen" site you mentioned (if it's the WarnberBros one) is quite substantial, if you need the same sort of features set and content types I'd say you'll need several weeks from initial briefing to delivery.
June 7, 201214 yr You can use a user-friendly content management system for to manage your video website. However, you should learn how to use the one you want to install in your system. This will help you manage your website efficiently.
