Hi I want to develop a website for tourism it has to sell services and needs to show relationships any suggestions on where I can go to get a good CMS to start with.

It totally depends on the needs of your site. What is your sitemap looking like? Do you want a blog function? What sort of stuff needs to be updated?

 

Asking for a CMS based on the subject of your site isn't a massive help.

 

Wordpress can handle most things, as can ModX and Silverstripe or Expression Engine. It really depends on your needs, and what you feel most confident with.
