Hello, Everyone

 

I have been working on the design of my freelance website for many weeks now and I feel it is now time to show you all where I'm at and to get your thoughts about it.

 

The concept of this design is to have a good personality and to look professional.

 

Logo is just a mockup logo to fill in the space and the logos arent actually made by me, just to fill the spaces up and stuff.

 

Tell me what dpo you think of the design and opinions to improve it. I think its good to post about it here since i can get suggestions from great designers and developrs here.

Did you build and test your site in IE7? Check out my screenshot (Firefox 1.5 on Linux). Your nav links are duplicated, and there are some strange characters in the right hand column....

The problem with your nav menu is that you are nesting <li> and <p> (block elements) inside <a> (inline elements).

i built it based on IE7 and Opera in Windows. hmm

Ok, i will soon fix the navigation part. Can you guys help me improving the design?

I will change the logo but i am unable to decide that should i keep a good logo or a header. I am thinking if i keep just a logo then it wouldnt look floating in between in such a background. What do you guys suggest. and do suggest in improving layouts etc.

Fixed the navigation but there is still a problem. The purchase button in IE in services page is ouyt of the body. DOnt know why. I need help about it. And yea, asking again please give me suggestion about the theme. Everybodys saying that its fine but no ones suggesting anything :| .

In overall, it's not bad, but few things what you may do is:

The text should start right from top of the page. At the moment there are some logos which are kinda floating on top of the content part. Try to rearrange those logos. I think the bottom of the page would be good for those.

I guess it's just one stage of the web page, because it looks very incomplete at the moment. E.g The introducing text is as a picture. It slows down page loading for slower internet connection users.

Try to add some footer text too.

Yea Your right xhop but i wanted to make the intro a bit small and wanted to make the intro look good that is some custom font and could have been arial but anti aliased. But these features are available only in CSS3 which is not supported at the moment. So i thought why not use an image. Yea i know it slows down the loading time a bit.

I would only have the bg image to go to a semi-light blue, I think that would look fantastic.

definitely needs some content segregation as tehi mentioned

your website is good and it need bit more contents and images to make it feel more attractive and elegant.

 

Web design is good and layout is alright...

I like the overall design, it is very nice and easy to navigate.
