August 21, 201114 yr I would recommend Wordpress. It's the most user-friendly. Personally I think it's a great content management system

August 21, 201114 yr I don't get the question? Are you asking if i'#d recommend using Wordpress for a whole site? If so then yes i would if you wanted to make use of any of Wordpress' features or wanted to integrate a blog in any way. The reason i'm building my portfolio is for ease of updating on the go.
August 23, 201114 yr I'm saving my workplace a fortune by developing all CMS websites for clients on Wordpress , I am fully trained to develop in a cms platform called Kentico CMS which costs the client a fortune to license and to host. Wordpress is a case of finding a few plugins to create bespoke functionality and making a few theme templates it also runs on commercial hosting and is highly supported by a massive community. I wouldn't be able to jump onto WDF with a question about Kentico and expect a response. Wordpress however is a much happier story. If you're looking for a solution that allows you to customise and not have to worry about hosting then there is www.tumblr.com
