i tried it in my code and its displaying fine for me, but is it web safe?

 

im just thinking what if it doesnt work for others...

 

if not ill make image gifs for the text of course

Assuming I understand you correctly, I think the font would only display if the user had that font installed on their computer.

 

If not, it would go to a fallback font like 'Arial', sans-serif, etc

 

Have you looked at font embedding?

Have a look at http://www.fontsquirrel.com/ for all you're @font-face needs.

and this will tell you what is 'safe' http://www.typetester.org/
