Hi, I am looking for a web host for my online web portfolio. Its a pretty simple site, just to show some of my web development work and needed some advice on what web host to look for and get some recommendations.

Thanks.

Hiya Risky

A simple portfolio site shouldnt need anything dramatic at all. We host countless numbers of those for £30 a p/year and we also ensure our "testimonials/feedback" is kept independant via ratepoint.

Quite a lot of customers from the x-cart forums also host with us too and have great things to say over there

Of course, if you have any questions, your welcome to pick up the phone and give us a bell :-)

Shared Cpanel hosting should do the work for you. Just make sure you get Free Softaculous with Cpanel hosting, this will provide you 150+ one click auto installer scripts like Joomla, wordpress, image gallery that can help you display your work.

the best i would recommend is you register a domain name with http://www.xnynz.com/ and get a free hosting for your site , so that you dont waste money for both hosting and domain name registrations
