Left margin looks quite cramped and the big space between the two sections on the banner looks odd otherwise looks good!

 

 

Looks a bit templatish style-wise but apart from that, good good.

There's not enough contrast in the header text - some users will struggle to read it. Also, I think the text on the nav bar it too big. It unbalances the page, and confuses the rhythm. In my browser the nav dividing lines are sticking out below the nav area by one or two px.

 

Featured content area looks good.

 

Main content area could do with some margins & padding, and I'd be inclined to move the 'read more' buttons over to the right.

 

Not sure about the link text being in bold on the sidebar either - it looks very heavy.

 

On the whole it's nice - just needs tweaking.

i very much agree with that i feel the design needs a decent logo or few more clours god noes really ?

1.I agree "a bit templatish style-wise" I've added pattern background and made the layout darker to make the photo's stand out more

 

2.Added more margin to the left

 

3.Changed header text design

Make logo

All in all i'd say nice but there is nothing to really focus your eyes on immediately your eyes wander a little much searching for the info, my thoughts are always have it there immediately so not to search. A tad slow i think initial test was 4 seconds... doesnt sound much but of coarse speed helps with ranking. Other wise nice.
