Any ideas what Ive doen wrong here?

 

In fireworks;

 

1. Made 2 frames and set the speed to 150, and checked 'Include When Exporting' - looks fine when played back in FW.

 

2. Saved as an animated gif

 

On website it looks like http://www.allarddoubleglazing.co.uk/energyrated.gif - DONT look if you have epilepsy!

Have you tried different speed settings? What does "150" relate to, milliseconds?

I've just downloaded and open in fireworks and it's still flashing by.

Change it from 7 to 100

Thanks for that. I set my one to 150 in FW (which I think is a 1.5 seconds?) and it flashed alot.
