I'm very new to the forum and after having a look around for a bit I can quite comfortably say I am embarrassingly naive when it comes to web design and programming.

 

But I figure it’s a good place to start the learning process.

Exactly who I thought of when I saw the thread heading!!! From "Communications Problems (Mrs Richards) if I remember correctly. (Fawlty Towers for those who have no idea what I`m on about!!)
