Client & Support Hours tracking software

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend any software to keep track of our clients contact details and support hours used and owed for clients?

We are starting to grow and it is a concern we need to keep on top of.

Many thanks!

Hello,

I think you need http://www.thevisionworld.com/ to keep a track of your client details and their email support history.

Its good software worth a look.

Vision is a helpdesk...

We use a CRM called SalesForce, Amazing bit of software and can do all of the above... Look at the Small Business Edition.

You can also look at ActiveCollab which we also use, its a project management software at heart but it can expand to do what you want :)

www.projectbubble.com

say you have a project in place you can set hourly rate/day rate and start a timer, for each task/milestone to the project then whenever needs be click send invoice, and its off to the client who you select from a drop down menu from you're clients list

You can also do fixed projects as well the timer is just an option.
