If you do a search in Google for "web design forum", this website comes up first, and you can see underneath its Google entry some extra Google links, specifically the following:

I wanted to ask if anyone here knows and can say how one can add Google links to their website like these.

You can't, only Google decides whether to add extra site links.

There is no guide from Google as to how you get these 'sitelinks' below your URL.

 

However, the sites which get them usually generate high traffic, have well developed internal page linking, and have lots of links to the pages listed in the sitelinks.

 

Again, these observations are nothing concrete, I wish I knew more!

In addition - If you are lucky enough to get them, you have no control over which site links get displayed, but you can view them in the webmaster tools.
