CMS Newbie

Hi I'm a newbie to CMS and have been asked to put together a site for an artist who wants to update images of their work quite regularly.

I've had a look around and still can't decide which would be the best option, want to keep it as simple as possible, does anyone recommend anythin in particular.

Also what sort of price do you guys charge for setting up a CMS.

Sorry, I don't have any recommendations. However, if I were you, I'd try to avoid using Joomla! It has a terrible security history.
