January 8, 200917 yr Hi, I am working on building a new website. I am willing to pay for software (on a limited budget) to run my community. I am looking for a CMS and Forum solution that integrate perfectly. I have heard that Joomla is a very good, free, CMS and that BBPixel is a good product for integrating in with forum software. I would like users to only have to sign up once to use all the features and for their accounts to work on both the CMS and forum. I have heard that both vBulletin and IPB are very good. Which one do you guys recommend - especially for use with Joomla. I like the look of IPB, but are the features all there? Thanks in advance.
January 9, 200917 yr Expression engine has it's own forum module that integrates seamlessly with it's cms capabilities. Your member accounts apply to any type of content, forum or otherwise.Because it's an intervated system you don't have I worry about having multiple databases and flaky bridging scripts.
