Hmm, let's see:

General issues:

-Images are pixelated (look at the logo)

-Table-based design

-Fails validation (on line #1, no less... you're missing a doctype!)

Personal preferences:

-Too "shiny" for my tastes

-None of the links do anything on hover - not even the buttons! Way too static IMHO.

I like the overall idea of the site design but it still feels a bit clinical to me, both because of the lack of interaction with the links and the amount of text on all the pages (I'm the most loquacious person you'll ever meet but most customers/potential clients aren't!). You don't even need to get rid of some of the text, but break it up with images (e.g. on the "Meet the Team", just add a photo next to each bio and it'll break up the large chunk of text).

It's nice that you've put some effort into SEO too. Kudos for that.

i wanted too keep the content(text) for i thought that it mite help in SEO work.

tables are a bit outdated i know but dint want to go for the validation thing.

can you tell me how can i have a flash banner at the top and still have <alt> content into it??

You can have div's and not validate it. as long as it works it will be ok.

To me the design has got that, its been done many times feeling.

You mean the "template feeling" lol, probably because it is.

Dont like it to be honest.

As already stated, is too blatantly "templatey",

left-aligned, rather than centered, so looks really odd on a wide screen,

non-active link as Expat has already stated.

Table based (eugh),

Low-quality graphics

Blatant keyword spamming at the bottom of the news page, with a not-so-successful attempt at hiding the text.

Sorry, but definately would not inspire me to hire you to design a site.

Hello,

I totally agree with the other guys points, but my initial 'thing wrong' is your main image. I was drawn to it immediately.

The guy looks like he's literally been banging his head up the wall for a couple of hours - it's indented his forehead and now the poor guy can't get a shirt to fit his distressed neck.

:)

Bit more work, and you'll be set.

Defnitly Template, mate if youre a web designer can you not design your'e own site? I'm no trying to sound bad and you may not have the time, but surely the best advert for your company is a quality bespoke site yourself

I'm confused - I thought you're a "multi-specialty firm" offering "web-marketing and SEO services"???

man... my honest opinion would be... hey.. i am being frank...

didn't like it much..

Has anyone noticed how long ago this thread started?
