    Hi. A client has just sent me an image of a QR code that will take people straight to their website requesting I put it on the website.
     
    I admit I have no idea about these codes, but if it is something to send people direct to the website when scanned, what is the point of putting it actually on the site?

    It is also worth remembering the importance of customer service and client confidentiality. Publishing your personal opinion about your client's judgement is something that should always be well considered.
     
    No matter how secluded you might think this or any other forum is, it can and does come back to bite people in the backside
