  1. You're never done learning, especially with code. So yeah I look up lots of stuff I guess 99,99% of all coders do
  2. change the order in the html, like this. ive only placed the sidebar first in the main div the rest is the same <div id="main"> <div id="sidebar"> <h3>Navigation</h3> </div> <div class="post-content"> <img src="images/featured-image.jpg" alt="featured"> <div class="post-item"> <h3>Watercolored Design Studio Blog Layout</h3> <h5 class="title">Apr 12th in Photoshop by Matthew Heidenreich</h5> <p>In this tutorial you will learn how to make a clean and simple watercolor design studio layout for a blog. If you have any questions about this tutorial be sure to ask in the comments. Also, remember with all the tutorials, the psd is available for download.</p> </div><!--end post item--> </div><!--end post content--> <div class="post-content"> <img src="images/featured-image.jpg" alt="featured"> <div class="post-item"> <h3>Watercolored Design Studio Blog Layout</h3> <h5 class="title">Apr 12th in Photoshop by Matthew Heidenreich</h5> <p>In this tutorial you will learn how to make a clean and simple watercolor design studio layout for a blog. 3. use session variables tutotial how to use sessions
  4. it indeed is all personal preferences, if you want to be like the 'designers' you will need a mac. if you actually want to be a designer you can use whichever you prefer. i use a sony vaio with these specs: intel core 2 duo T8100 2.1 GHz 4gb Ram ddr2 300gb hd gforce 8400 GT 17'' screen had for about half a year now and works perfectly, everything on CS4 runs as fast as you could possibly want it to run
  5. these days? i think almost none to none, same for windows though.. in the old days macs had more colors
  6. well over here its somewhat centered and somewhat hanging to the right using firefox on windows vista
  7. IE6

i know when!! never... the question is when will everyone stop using ie6
  8. well yes but hes using html only and if he was using php he'd still need to put the include tag on every page
  9. well if you have dreamweaver or some other program that may be able to do this. if you press ctrl f in dreamweaver you can make it search through the 'entire current local site' and make it for example replace '</body></html>' with 'insert added code here </body> </html>' ive done something like this alot of times
  10. ive done something like this before, what i did was something like this i placed both the image and the border image in a div together, the border image as transparent png. than i relatively placed the border image over the other image
  11. well it might be a vista problem but its not standard because im running vista aswell and its not giving me any problems it most like isnt hardware related either because those specs should very easily run any cs4 program
  12. it may run like a dream but how can you say that if you dont know how it runs on other computers, i have an intel core 2 duo t8100 in my laptop and all cs4 programs run like a dream so saying you need at least a quad makes no sense at all
  13. a lot of nice tools in here some links dont work though
  14. Well that would be a regular popup, you'll have to do it with javascript.
  15. i don't think that's possible at all... why is the client angry? bit unreasonable to ask for something impossible and than get angry when it cant be done
