  1. Hi all, As a freelancer in Web Design I offer several services, but doing all the work myself. (at least for now but considering more collaborations in the future) What should I use here: "I offer etc....." or "We offer...." this goes for all content. The website url does not contain a personal name. What do you think? Kind regards, Manas
  2. Hi all, I'm a Mac user and still using OS Mojave. I was wondering if there are graphic designers here that encourage the upgrade.
  3. Hi all, A simple and straight forward question: as a design agency/free lancer, should I publish the prices of my services on my website? I wonder what works best in general or your own business. Thanks!
  4. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and workflow on this!
  5. Thanks Fisicx for your reply. Good feedback. Less is (always) more.
  6. Hi all, Most people have challenges with either the technical or design (or both) aspect of constructing a website. For me it’s about structuring information. I struggle a lot with this. In the sketching process. How do you build website (low fidelity) mockups with well structured content in its early stages? Deciding what content goes where. Is there tips for logic in this that covers like seo, psychology, engaging content, meeting website goals, attracting the right audiences etc. I’m looking for a “cheatsheet”/checklist to use for this process. What resources to do you use? Any tips are most welcome. Regards, Manas

Another example. A Wordpress builder theme, costs like 180 dollars for lifetime. You'd let the client pay for this as well every year?

For example Gravity Forms (Elite). Paid for yearly. What price should be paid for by clients to use this? The same (yearly price) for one site as displayed on the GF website?

Thanks! Yeah probably no A-Z way possible. So you'd let the client pay you yearly for the 3 plugin subscriptions?
  10. Hi all, I've bought some agency licenses (plugins/themes) to use for clients. So I included them in the project to make it an easy one time payment for clients. Most licenses I use are lifetime or yearly. Obviously after a year I don't receive money for these ongoing costs for the yearly licenses for me to renew. Is there a general rule or pricing model available on how to do all these calculations? Like pricing packages to calculate costs (from A-Z) that covers everything. Big thanks in advance for any replies.
  11. Hi,As a freelancer I would like to know how other freelancers approach these wishes from a current client:- a redesign of the current WooCommerce webshop;- webshop developments based on an existing theme with customizations;- configuring plugins the webshop;- design about 35 new banners;- a customized solution for business related people to login and show bulk prices on same public product pages;- a membership solution;- enhancing 100 product photos using photoshop;- a lot of products that need to be entered to the webshop manually;- buying the necessary plugins for client;- using plugins you already bought for other clients.Project duration: 4 weeks. How would you price this??Also: how do you deal with new things that you haven't development yet and find really hard to find a price for? Like you can't say how many hours you need in order to build it.Hope to get some advices from you guys. I'd very much appreciate any help.Kind regards,Manas
