Hello Nathan, Good question, this is an issue i've come across! The issue is that there are different types of copyright. You would own the copyright of the image but you would not own the copyright of the apple logo in the image. A quick look on Istock type in a couple of brand names such as apple iphone or ipod or sony and you'll see that the logo has ben removed digitally. Also if you ask Apple by emailing them and just explain to them what you want to do, they mY send you written permission via email, so that you can do what you want to do. Hello J.P. well the Adobe products is a good choice, but definitely worth it if you're serious about what you work on. Essentials I would recommend are Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver. If you're doing any print work, then make sure you have InDesign, Adobe acrobat Pro is also worth having.

I haven't seen many web design companies actually tell their users about web browsers which are available and standards compliant such as Firefox or Opera. I think it's about time we as web designers educate the public to use standards compliant web browsers so that we get to the point of not having to add hacks to our code. I am anticipating IE8 because it's 'meant' to be the more compliant with the standards than previous IE's. But for now i think we should as web designer's suggest to our users what they should use to browse the web. What does everyone else think?

I use Firefox 3, IE7, Safari on my computer, but use Opera on my phone. Best browser out there is Firefox 3! I don't bother with IE6 anymore because people should have upgraded their browser by now to something which is more standards compliant.

I've got a Nikon D100, yes it's an old model but still does take great pictures.

I have had my macbook for a little over a year. It is a lovely laptop, great styling and lovely user interface. I would go for the macbook. if I was going to pick a windows laptop then look at toshiba laptops, they are feature rich and perform very well.

As a web designer, Firefox is the best because it renders webpages according to the W3C standards. I love the add-ons, there are so many useful ones.
