  1. You must work on your business/networking/people skills as well as your technical skills. At the moment, the former are letting you down badly, and that's why you're in a predicament. Like anything business/networking/people skills can be improved upon by studying and work. There is a wealth of advice on the internet if you look for it. Here are some to get you started: https://www.youtube.com/user/LondonRealTV https://www.youtube.com/user/tailopezofficial Whatever you do, do not give up on yourself. Treat your "soft skills" as importantly as your "technical skills", as it will require both to be successful. I would suggest trying to find a local coding group/business/creative/web design group that you can attend (preferably a free one LOL). This will build your people skills and give you more interaction. It may seem a daunting thing to suggest, but people are very accommodating at these groups and they are just there like you to better themselves, so don't be intimidated. You know where your weaknesses are, so set yourself on a course of self improvement. The links I gave you are the type of thing you need to take an interest in. I hope that helps.
  2. It's a lot more difficult these days than it used to be, mainly because of the way Google treats affiliate sites. There are not so many easy wins.
  3. Yes, you need to create a database, e.g. MySQL, and populate it with all current property data. Then you write script, e.g. using PHP, that give you all the functionality you need, e.g. update property, delete property, view property etc. It's a lot of work to create full functionality, and there are already many many scripts that cover real estate functionality. So, you are bound to be able to find software that could do what you need if you don't want the big job of writing it all yourself.
  4. Hi there. Hope you are well. Does anyone have any questions for me? I'm happy to give advice on anything.
  5. Hi Guys I am a UK-based affiliate webmaster, I run LowPrices.co.uk and various other affiliate sites. If you like domain names, you might have heard of me. About six years ago I used to be a contract web designer / developer, then I switched to being a full-time affiliate and domain name trader. My main interests are in investment in shares and domain names, and I also take an interest in venture capital. My web design techniques could do with a little updating, so I hope to put in a bit of work on web design and development skills and learn new stuff here. I am always prepared to give an opinion or help where I can, so feel free to PM me if you want to ask a particular question. I have a fair amount of experience and have had some successes. I'm also interested in guest blogging opportunities and helping you out in return for links to my sites. I can also give my opinion on domain names and tell you which are best and which ones are most valuable. So, hi guys and I look forward to getting to know you all.
  6. Hi Guys 1) What UK broadband service do you use? 2) What package did you go for and why? 3) Is it any good? 4) What would you give it out of 10? 5) How quickly does customer service answer the phone? 6) Are the staff knowledgeable about technical issues? 7) Would you recommend the service? I would greatly appreciate any replies you can give. My answers are: 1) Zen 8Mb ADSL with a 50GB monthly data allowance, , but I've just opted to upgrade to Unlimited Fibre at 38Mb speed and am just waiting for the upgrade. 2) See above, I've just upgraded to unlimited fibre. 3) Yes, it has been good. It slows down every now and then but I don't think this is Zen's fault, more the local exchange. 4) 8 of 10. Hopefully I will give more once I get fibre. Customer service is good. 5) Very quickly, within 2 minutes. 6) Yes, staff are knowledgeable and helpful. 7) Yes I would recommend Zen. Thanks guys. Any replies you can give would be much appreciated.
  7. Good thanks, welcome to the community.
